Effect of Trace Elements in Rations on Activity of Certain Ferments of Bone Tissue of Experimental Animals (Vliyanie Mikroelementnogo Sostava Ratsionov na Aktivnost Nekotorykh Fermentov Kostnoi Tkani Eksperimentalnykh Zhivotnykh),

Abstract

For the purpose of determining the mechanisms of the effect of trace elements on calcium and phosphorous metabolism, experimental observations were made on adult white rats in order to investigate the effect of copper, manganese and zinc on the phosphomonoesterae-1 and cytochromoxydase activities of bone tissue.
