A Serological and Ectoparasite Survey of Migratory Birds in Northeast Africa: Part II. Appendix I. Palearctic Migratory Bird Survey.

Abstract

Included in this Appendix are distribution maps of the major species of birds, ticks and virus strains studied during the Palearctic Migratory Bird Survey (PMS), as well as lists of banded birds recovered in the Near East. The bird distribution maps show Egyptian, Cyprus, Israel, and Lebanon recoveries. The tick maps are the best approximations of distribution currently available. The virus maps show only the locations of primary isolations of the various strains. For abstract of the study, see Part I. (Author)
