Abstract

The administrative policies, controls, and procedures covered herein are applicable to all personnel of the Computer Subsystem. To the extent that interfacing administrative practices are covered, these procedures are also applicable to personnel of the Data Operations and Functional Disciplines Subsystems who interface with the Computer Subsystem. The following areas are covered in detail input/output control; machine time accounting; scheduling of machine operations; security of classified information; EDP library management; and, acquisition and control of equipment and supplies.
