Systems Analysis for a 'New Generation' of Military Hospitals. Volume 3. Acquisition of Fixed Health Care Facilities

Abstract

The planning process by which health facilities are acquired is discussed. The process rather than actual design has been emphasized because many designs are potentially acceptable; a choice must be made in the context of a particular base. In the long run, innovations in the design process are likely to produce better facilities at many locations than are innovations in the designs themselves. (Author)
