Resistance of Plastics to Outdoor Weathering.

Abstract

The object of this report is to determine the resistance of glass reinforced plastics based on epoxy and polyester resin systems to outdoor weathering at various climatic sites. The test results for six laminated glass reinforced plastic variants, before and after outdoor exposure for one, two and three year intervals at four different weathering sites are presented. The tensile strength and elongation of these six variants are discussed. (P.S.-PL)
