Device for Selecting Clearances in Friction Bearing Units,

Abstract

The device for selecting clearances in friction bearing units, containing a block nut, spring, and pressure screw, is distinguished by the fact that to provide automatic selection of clearances with subsequent rigid axial fixing of the washer, the screw is made with a self-locking thread, is spring loaded, and interacts with the washer through its face.
