Radar Measurement of Atmospheric Turbulence.

Abstract

A theoretical error analysis of radar measurements of the turbulence structure function was completed. In addition, the incoherent turbulence detector described by Atlas and Srivastava (1969) was designed and most of the required circuits constructed. A detailed theoretical analysis is given.
