Abstract

A study was made in which: a practical means for calculating and displaying cost implications associated with changing Navy reenlistment rates was developed; and the developed methodology was employed to calculate reenlistment cost implications associated with 1% changes in FY 72 First and Second Term reenlistment rates for each Navy enlisted rating.
