Boundary Value Problems.

Abstract

Two main lines of research were investigated. The first deals with extensions of self-adjointness and orthogonality to encompass eigenfunction expansions for which the classical Sturm-Liouville theory breaks down. The second line of research deals with a class of singular integral equations arising in the solution of the conductor potential of an annulus. Several theses and journal publications are included supporting this investigation. (Author)
