Abstract
The programs documented in this report are part of a comprehensive package of digital computer codes which calculate the electromagnetic pulse (EMP) environment that is produced by a nuclear explosion. Each program is described in the form of a user's guide which includes a discussion on how the program operates, instructions on how to execute the program, and sample output generated by the program.
