Statistical Characteristics of Frequency-Impulse Modulators (Statisticheskie Kharakteristiki Chastotno-Impulsnykh Modulyatorov),

Abstract

The frequency-impulse modulator (CHIM) presents a system with impulsive or continuous adjustment of the period of regulation, i.e., the period of regulation is a certain function (in the case of impulse adjustment) or a function (in the case of continuous adjustment) of the input signal. For computing the variable period of regulation, a computing device VU is used, which achieves thus the fundamental impulse modulation.
