Studies of Organizational Embeddedness: Leadership Continuity and Repression - Sensitization Studies.

Abstract

The primary aim of the study was to determine if groups of repressers would exhibit significantly greater continuity of leadership than groups of sensitizers following change in subgroup communication networks when such subgroups networks are embedded in a larger communication network (organizational structure). The results revealed that embedded represser subgroups exhibited significantly greater leadership continuity following communication network change. (Author)
