Antenna Study for HF D/F Application.
Abstract
A discussion of the theoretical considerations which were necessary in selecting an aperture size is presented. Also included is a system hardware section which covers the receiver and phasemeter tests, and analytical work pertinent to the satelite antenna development. Finally, the initial system testing performed at SURC is discussed and analyzed. Appendices include the software developed, ionospheric records collected during the test, and an errata pertaining to the n-mode wave interference analysis. (Author)
