Abstract

The purpose is to gather performance information concerning sealed nickel-cadmium cells, with auxiliary electrodes, operating under a synchronous orbit regime. Such a regime simulates a space satellite maintaining a position over a fixed point on the earth as the earth rotates on its axis and revolves about the sun. (Author)
