The Effect of N2O4 and UDMH on Subcritical Crack Growth in Various High-Toughness Low-Strength Steels,

Abstract

The compatibility of four high-toughness steels (T-1, HY-140, HP-9-4-20, and 18 Ni (200) Maraging) with N2O4 and UDMH propellants was investigated. The compatibility was evaluated by general corrosion and stress corrosion tests at temperatures up to 120F. (Author)
