Reliability of Hydraulic Systems,

Abstract

The book is a compilation of the principles of the theory of reliability of hydraulic systems. The author demonstrates the use of statistical methods in arriving at reliability characteristics; describes the characteristic flaws of hydraulic systems and their causes; analyzes the operational conditions of hydrosystem elements and rapid methods for determining the longevity of such elements, with due allowance for day-to-day working conditions; and presents the results of laboratory tests run on a number of plant units, as well as reliability indices of hydraulic systems.
