Evaluation of the May 1970 High Altitude ROBIN Program,

Abstract

The ROBIN system has a better response to the atmosphere than other sensors. An attempt is made to determine whether or not the response of the sphere to the atmosphere accurately reflects the condition of the atmosphere. An analysis of the May 1970 ROBIN program is made using the data from twenty-seven high altitude passive balloons. (Author)
