Radiation Synthesis Studies.

Abstract

The report gives a summary of all the work completed and under way under this contract covering the period from March 1968 to March 1971. The work covers a broad spectrum including high gain, scanning and multibeam antennas, synthesis of antenna array scattering, scattering by finite dielectric objects, moving antennas, media and objects, and focused beam wave propagation in a turbulent atmosphere. The emphasis is directed towards generating new ideas to solve practical problems, for which no simple solutions are available. Success in our effort is evidenced by the list of reports and publications. (Author)
