Towards a Research and Development Management Game.

Abstract

The major emphasis is to outline some general attributes for a R and D management game. The attributes stress realism and interaction of decisions as a goood way of making a successful educational experience out of playing the game. In the Appendix, mention is made of two organizations that are actively working in the area of R and D management training. (Author)
