Allocation for Exploratory Development: Modifications in the TORQUE Model.
Abstract
The Project TORQUE methodology is examined in detail. A multi-level mathematical program model of the TORQUE procedure is developed. Two kinds of limitations are identified: one arising from procedural uncertainties and the other from process uncertainties. Various modifications in the formulation of the objective function are proposed to deal with these limitations. Directions for future work are indicated. (Author)
