Applications of Walsh Functions. 1971 Proceedings of the Symposium Held at the Departmental Auditorium, Constitution Avenue, Washington, D. C. on 13, 14, 15 April. Second Edition,

Abstract

The objective of the symposium is to show the progress in theoretical and experimental work since last year's meeting with the hope that it will help further advance the use of Walsh and similar functions from the academic level to the level of practical use. The main objective is to determine if substantial benefit in equipment performance, reliability and other factors can be obtained from the application of these functions to such important areas as filtering of signals, computer signal processing, voice signal compression, multiplexing, spectrometry, and many others.
