Nuclear Criteria and System Design Specification,

Abstract

In order that nuclear hardness criteria might receive proper consideration in system design specifications, it is desirable to have a formalism in which the cost and benefits of nuclear hardness can be examined together with the cost and benefits of alternatives to hardness. The paper presents such a formalism. (Author)
