Misconceptions Regarding the Design and Use of Anthropomorphic Dummies

Abstract

The MIRA Bulletin No. 5. 1969, contained an article in which the Sierra anthropometric dummy was discussed. Mr. Hertzberg, who is collaborating with American manufacturers on the development of dummies, submitted some comments which he has asked to be included in the Bulletin. A reply by the authors of the original article follows Mr. Hertzberg's comments.
