Black and White Reversible Motion-Picture Film (Type OChT-N),

Abstract

A new black and white reversible film with low sensitivity (Type OChT-N) has been developed for printing (mass production) copies of television films. Type OChT-N has been mass- produced since 1969. It comes in 16 mm, double-perforated, on 180-300 m rolls. OChT-N film has the following sensitometric characteristics: photosensitivity in All-Union State Standard GOST units, at least 0.8; contrast within the limits 1.0 - 1.2; maximum optical density, at least 2.0; minimum optical density, less base density, at least 0.08; exposure latitude, at least 1.05.
