Push-Button and Keyboard Switches for Computers - Types and Basic Parameters.

Abstract

The present standard is extended to push-button and keyboard switches designed for commutation of DC and AC computer circuits. With different numbers of commuting elements for each push-button the number of commuting elements is dropped; the clear button is not counted in the number of buttons; the number of buttons and commuting elements is not established by the present standard; and the basic parameters of the switches must correspond to those indicated in the table.
