Electrostatic Tests of MK86 Mod O and MK 87 Mod O Detonators.

Abstract

Tests performed on MK 86 MOD O and MK 87 MOD O detonators in the unshorted leads-to-case mode indicate that both detonators are sensitive to simulated personnel-borne static charges at levels below 5 kilovolts. The average sensitivity of both detonators is approximately 10 kilovolts. (Author)
