Survival Geography of Iraq

Abstract

The study is designed to provide airmen with the basic geographical data bearing on emergency survival in Iraq. The physical and cultural features of Iraq are described and evaluated in terms of favorable and unfavorable survival conditions and in terms of obstacles that would be of concern to downed crewmen forced to live on their own under emergency survival conditions.
