High-Speed Circuit for Propagation of Carries of a Parallel Adder,

Abstract

A description is given of a new high-speed circuit for the formation and propagation of carries; the circuit is based on transistors and on tunnel and pulse diodes. The signal delay for a carry on one bit does not exceed 1.5 ns when transistors with a given MHz are used. The selection and calculation of static modes of the circuit are examined. (Author)
