Principles of Memory Construction with Magnetic Mutistable Elements,

Abstract

Multistable reference elements (RE) of computers are analyzed. The primary attention is directed towards the elements whose flux is quantized according to the levels to which they have been magnetized, in which the redistribution of the quantum of a reversible flux is used in a branched magnetic circuit. Some variants of memory design are proposed that are efficient in a broad range of temperature. (Author)
