Automatic Control of Unit Power Plants by Means of Computers (Selected Sections),
Abstract
The report discusses problems connected with the introduction of automatic control systems and computers of contemporary high-power units. Special attention is given to methods for compilation of control algorithms of units in various conditions. One of the first Soviet systems with a 'Complex' -type control computer introduced for the 200 Mw power unit at the 'Zmiyev' hydroelectric power plant serves as an example to show methods of realization of these algorithms and basic results of long-period operation of this system.
