Mechanisms of Cell Lysis in Neisseria meningitidis.
Abstract
Factors leading to autolysis of a strain of Neisseria meningitidis group B were examined. The autolytic assay consisted of resuspending cells in the appropriate medium and following the decrease in turbidity with time. (Author)
