Evaluating an Organizational Hierarchy by a Markov Chain.

Abstract

A large organizational hierarchy composed of several levels, each supported from the levels below, and the lowest by entrants from outside is described by a triangular Markov chain. A program has been written to analyze the diffuse effects of decisions on this hierarchy. (Author)
