Project MAX: A Proposed Computer-based Study of International Policy,

Abstract

A proposal is made for a computer-based study of the policy-making process through simulation, as an aid to teaching international policy formation. The proposal aims to reduce costs, as compared to other simulations, through use of computer time-sharing. The birth, recent developments, and current status of the project are highlighted. (Author)
