Broadband Diode Phase Shifters,
Abstract
Design figures are presented for four types of diode phase shifters: switched-line, reflection, loaded line, and a new type using lumped-element high-pass and low-pass circuits. Comparison of their bandwidths shows that most of them can work over an octave bandwidth. (Author)
