Analysis of Information Systems Based on Automatic Control Theory,
Abstract
The development of information systems in the USSR have given rise to increased interest in studing them. In this report basic attention is given to the problems of optimizing the operation and control of information systems. It appears that this problem can be solved most fruitfully on the basis of the concepts of cybernetics and, in particular, by means of automatic control theory. (Author)
