Conduction in Low Mobility Materials - Report on an International Conference held in Eilat, Israel, 5-9 April 1971.

Abstract

The report covers an international conference devoted to conduction in low-mobility materials, such as amorphous semiconductors, glasses, organic crystals and polymers, selenium and selenium compounds, and oxides of transition metals. Measurement techniques described include dc and high-frequency electrical conductivity, Hall effect, thermoelectric power, and optical absorption. Theoretical models for the electrical and optical processes occurring in these materials are developed and discussed. (Author)
