A Partial List of the Mosquitoes of I Corps, Republic of Vietnam, with Notes on Bionomics.
Abstract
During the years 1965-1970 Navy entomologists provided technical assistance to allied forces in the five northern provinces of South Vietnam. During these years, over 500,000 mosquito specimens were collected and identified. This report is a summary of those records. One hundred seven species and 14 genera are reported as being present in the northern provinces. Where possible, the bionomics and vector potential are listed. (Author)
