An X-Band Nanosecond Radar for Laboratory Use.
Abstract
A simple very short pulse low power radar is described. The pulse rise time is about 1.5 nanoseconds giving the radar a minimum range resolution of 20 cm. Objects down to 0.002 sq meters echoing area have been measured on an indoor 12 meter site. (Author)
