On Automation in Cartography (Ob Avtomatizatsii v Kartografii),

Abstract

The report is an attempt to treat the problems arising in automated cartography, with respect to the office-work side of chart production. In many cases, the working out of automation problems is equally useful for perfecting the processes of chart preparation and chart utilization. (Author)
