Abstract

In the book are considered the equipment and action, calculation and designing, the technology of manufacture and the organization of production of domestic axial-piston hydraulic machines. Much attention is given to the properties of working fluid, especially elasticity and viscosity, and also to seals, which frequently determine the service life of a hydraulic drive. The control mechanisms of automated hydraulic drive are comprehensively examined, analysis of their dynamic properties is given, views on lowering the noise level of the hydraulic drive are discussed, methods of solution are provided for nonlinear problems about the operation of hydraulic drive at the lower limit of the control range, when self-oscillations appear. In the book is given the method of calculation of dynamic error of the hydraulic drive, which operates in the tracking mode. The last chapters of the book are dedicated to materials, the technology of manufacture of the main parts of hydraulic drive, and also instrumentation, equipment and the organization of production of hydraulic machines of axial-piston type.
