Abstract
It is the intent of the SUPAR User's Manual to provide detailed instructions on the use of three computer programs comprising the data processing package developed for this study. For an additional discussion of the model and its data files, the user is referred to the main body of the report. As a supplement to the SUPAR computer program, the Merge and Update programs have been provided. The Merge program is used to generate the input for the SUPAR program from the Consuming Unit and package magnetic tapes. In order to have a method of easily revising and updating these tapes, the Update program was developed. All three of these programs and associated tapes have been supplied to AFSC with a description of each contained in the SUPAR User's Manual. (Author)
