The Pearson's System of Frequency Curves Digital Computer Program,

Abstract

The report describes a Fortran II digital computer program that classified a series of data as one of the three main types of Pearson's frequency curves, calculates an approximating frequency function, and applies a Chi-square goodness of fit test. The theory of the Pearson system of frequency curves and derivation of equations is also included. (Author)
