Abstract
The report is intended for computer programmers interested in the details of the PRediction and Optimization of Failure Rate (PROF) computer program. The program was designed to be used by engineers for predicting failure rates and reliability of systems according to the methods of MIL-HDBK-217. A program listing is included. The PROF program version reported herein is as of 31 July 1970. (Author)
