Engineering Change Proposals,
Abstract
Engineering changes are alterations to the established configuration identification. The number of changes will be dependent upon such factors as readiness of the system for production and technological changes. Definitions for cost areas requiring consideration in determining the total cost of an engineering change proposal have been established. (Author)
