A Least Squares Comparison for Learning Curve and Sizing Slope Problems.

Abstract

The report examines the quality of the prediction equation that is the result of applying the least squares criterion to a log linear transformation of the learning curve and sizing slope function, X sub 1 = a(X sub 2, sup b). This function is characteristic of the statistical problem associated with a non linear relationship between the unknown parameters. (Author)
