Selected Contributions to the Literature of Blood Groups and Immunology. Volume IV. Part 1: Anthropologic Data.

Abstract

Certain recent arguments against the application of genetical methods in physical anthropology are examined, and 4 examples are offered of contributions made by such methods: (a) confirming the Indian origin of Gypsies; (b) computing the percent of White mixture in American Negroes; (c) establishing that the Lapps are a highly distinctive separate race, but European; (d) showing that the ancestors of the Papuan pygmines did not come from Africa.
