Comparative Study of Control and Feedback Techniques.

Abstract

The report provides a historical and political survey of Soviet Cybernetics and then discusses in detail specific work in self-organizing systems, design problems, Theory of Adaptive Systems and the computer simulation of the work of V. A. Yakubovich. The simulation includes the problem mechanization, procedures, problem variables and a complete analysis of the computer data. A Computerized Link Analysis System (CLANS) for the retrieval of pertinent information and relational aspects concerning individuals and organizations is presented in Volume III. A complete bibliography of approximately 1400 items is presented in the Appendix. (Author)
