Summary of Several Software Packages Developed for Human Engineering Systems Simulation (HESS) Facility.

Abstract

A set of software packages and techniques developed to support research efforts, using the Human Engineering Systems Simulation Facility at the Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory, are summarized. The software discussed in this report comes under the following headings: multiple-scope processing techniques, IBM 1827 Data Control Unit subroutines, hypoxia stress studies, manned interceptor simulation, and interactive displays for anthropometry. Each of the packages is completely documented and has been made available to requesting users. (Author)
