Abstract

In this book are considered questions connected with the calculation of the interaction of shells with liquid: free and induced vibrations of shell - liquid system diffraction processes, the resistance of the shells which are in contact with liquid, and shells under dynamic loading. The book was designed for engineers, scientific workers, and instructors and students studying the dynamic strength of marine ship structures. It can also be useful to specialists of other domains of technology, who are interested in the behavior of shell - liquid systems in dynamics. (Author)
