Creativity in Industrial Engineering,

Abstract

An attempt is made to describe various aspects of creativity: what is it, how does one recognize it, who possesses it, can it be taught, how should one manage creative people, what sort of environment nurtures it, how can one harness it. Also described are the techniques of the Delphi Method and some of the types of predictions which result from Delphi techniques. (Author)
